I Absolom Case of Jackson Township of Luzerne county and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory and understanding do make my last Will and Testament in manner and form following

I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved son Absolom J. Case his heirs and assigns forever all my property real personal and mixed of what nature and kind soever and wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my death subject to the payment of all my just debts, and also subject to the payment of the following sums of money to my daughters, when the said Absolom shall arrive at the age of twenty one years, to wit: to my daughter Livy Case the sum of twenty dollars, to my daughter Maria Case the sum of five dollars, to my daughter Catherine married to James Allen the sum of one dollar, to my daughter Katura married to Wesley Moss, the sum of five dollars.

If my said son Absolom J. Case die without issue, previous to attaining to the age of twenty one years, then I devise and bequeath the property above devised to the said Absolom J. Case, unto my beloved sons Major C. Case, Lorenzo D. Case and my daughter Livy Case in equal shares. To my said sons Major C. Case and Lorenzo D. Case I have given the farms on which they reside. Thus giving to my said sons a greater portion, than to my said daughters. And I desire my said daughters to understand that the reason they have not shared equally with my said sons in my property is because they have not treated me with the affection and respect due from children to a parent.

Lastly, I nominate constitute and appoint my beloved sons Major C. Case and Lorenzo D. Case Executors of this my last Will and Testament.

In Witness whereof I Absolom Case the testator have to this my will Set my hand & Seal this twenty third day of September A. D. 1859.
