I Annie R. Baker of Fairmount Township Luzerne County and State of Pennsylvania do make and publish this my last will and testament here by revoking all former wills by me at any time made.
First
I give, devise and bequeath to my husband Johnathan Baker the house and lot
situated in Kingston Township Luzerne County and State of Pennsylvania being
the same lot conveyed to Annie Rebecca Baker by Christian Cadwalader and wife
by deed dated August 19th
1882 and recorded in the office for recording deeds in Luzerne County in Deed
Book Bo 410 Page 203 My said husband Johnathan Baker to sell the above mentioned house and lot and use the
proceeds of said sail to pay all my just debts, should there be any moneys left
after paying my said debts My said husband to have the same for his own proper
use.
To
my son George Baker I give six quilts an equal share of my quoshions and
dishes. To my son John C. Baker I give
six quilts and my Iron Beadstead and an equal share of my quoshions and dishes.
To
my daughter Henrietta Baker I give six quilts a beadstead a chiffonier and an
equal share of my quoshions and dishes. To my son Henry L. Baker I give six
quilts an Iron Bed stead a Corner Cupboard and an equal share of my quoshion
and dishes. To my son Alfred Baker I
give six quilts a secretary or writing desk and an equal share of my quoshions
and dishes. All the residue and
remainder of my property I give and bequeath to my said husband Johnathan Baker
during his life time and at his death the same to be equally divided between my
children. I do hereby appoint and
Constitute my husband Johnathan Baker to be my executor of this my last will
and testament. In witness whereof I Annie R. Baker the testatrix have to this
my will written on one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this 28th
day of August One thousand nine hundred and eight in the presence of witness
whose names are here unto subscribed.
Signed, sealed and declared by the above named Annie R. Baker to be her last will and testament in presence of us who have hereunto our names in the presence of the said testatrix.
