I, Charles W. Cobley, of the Borough of Miners Mills, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, being of sound memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, in manner and form following:-
FIRST:--I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as conveniently can be done.

SECOND:--I will devise and bequeath to my wife, Sarah Jane, all my personal property and household goods.

THIRD:--I will, devise and bequeath to my wife, Sarah Jane, so long as she shall remain my widow, my house and lot situate on road leading from Miners Mills to Parsons and called "Miner Road" and at the death of my said wife, said house and lot shall go to and vest in my children then living share and share alike. In the event of my wife marrying again and all of my children consenting to said marriage, she shall retain said house and lot, for and during the term of her natural life, at her death the same shall go to and become vested in my children then living. In the event that all my children shall not consent and agree to said second marriage of my wife, the said house and lot shall descend and become vested in my children living at the time said second marriage of my wife is consumated, said children to take the house and lot share and share alike.

LASTLY, I appoint my wife, Sarah Jane, to be executrix of this my last will and testament, and direct that she shall not be required to furnish a bond.

In Witness, Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twelfth day of October A. D. one thousand nine hundred and eleven.
