Last will and testament of Elijah Pringle of Salem Twp, Luzerne County Pennsylvania.

First, I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid, I give devise and bequeath unto my niece Emma Vanscoy of Wyoming County, all the Estate of Which I may die siezed -- real personal and mixed, upon condition that she pay to my sister Bethia Robberts and my brothers Caleb A. Pringle, Ira D. Pringle and Morton B. Pringle one hundred dollars each within one year after my death, and surrender to Ira and Caleb each one bed and bedding or twenty dollars each in lieu thereof.

I appoint Denton Vanscoy of McKune Wyoming County and Charles L. Nesbitt of Plymouth Luzerne County Executors of my will.

Signed sealed and published by the said testator as his last will and testament in our presence and we at hisrequest have signed our names as witnesses thereto in his presence and in the presence of each other this 29th day of October A. D. 1894.
