Be it remembered that I, Lydia A. Greenawalt, of the Township of Hanover, County of Luzerne, State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, and considering the uncertainty of life, do therefor make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, in manner and form following, that is to say;
All the property that I die siezed of I give and devise and bequeath to my children and my grandchildren as follows;
Item; I give, devise and bequeath to my son, Charles E. Welch, one fifth of my estate.
Item; I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Mildred A. Evans, one fifth of my estate.
Item; I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Lila C. Gregory, one fifth of my estate.
Item; I give, devise and bequeath to my granddaughter, Ruth A. Larson, one fifth of my estate.
Item; I give devise and bequeath to my grandchildren who are the children of my deceased son, William H. Welch, as follows:
To W. Benjamin Welch, one fifteenth of my estate;
to Verta Lewis, one fifteenth of my estate;
to Earl Welch, one fifteenth of my estate.
And as to the rest, residue and remainder of my estate real, personal and mixed, of which I died seized, or wheresoever situate, I do hereby devise and bequeath to the above named legatees. And lastly, I do make, constitute and appoint Charles E. Welch, to be my Executor of this my last will ans testament, hereby revoking all former wills and testaments by me at any time heretofore made, and declaring this to be my last will and testament.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name, and affixed my seal the 8th day of March in the year of out Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty seven.
