Will of

Mary J. Harding

Deceased.

 

            I, Mary J. Harding of the City of Pittston County of Luzerne State Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

            I will and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall first be paid by my executor out of my estate after my death.

            I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Jennie Flemming the sum of One Hundred dollars my dining room side board and my parlor table.

            I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Florence memory the sum of one hundred dollars, my feather bed and four feather pillows.

            I will and direct that my executor divide equally between my two daughters Jennie Flemming and Florence Memory all my linen clothing and bric-a-brac personal and mixed of whatsoever kind and where soever situated to my executor in trust for the use and benefit of my son James Harding for and during the term of his natural life the income from said property to be paid to said James Harding for his maintenance and support, payment of said income to be made to said James Harding every six months also my executor shall have the right to expend any or all of the principal of this my estate for the support of said James Harding if in his (my executors) Judgment see such expenditure is necessary.

            After the death of my son James Harding I give devise and bequeath all of my property (if any remains) real personal and mixed of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situated to the several children of my son James Harding, to them their heirs and assigns share and share alike.

            I name constitute and appoint Archibald L. Mayo of West Pittston Pa. Executor of this my last will and testament.

            Witness my hand and seal this 8th day of March A.D. 1905

            Signed, sealed, published and declared by the said testator as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto signed our names as witnesses to the same
