Curtis Harding

Will

 

            I, Curtis Harding of the City of Wilkes-Barre, County of Luzerne and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind memory and understanding do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made-

            As to such estate as it has pleased God to entrust me with – I dispose of the same as follows, viz:

            I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter Louise C. intermarried with Samuel G. Frutchey her heirs and assigns forever all my property, real, personal; and mixed of whatever nature or kind soever and wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my death.

            I do hereby constitute and appoint my said daughter Louisa C. Frutchey sole Executrix of this my last will and testament.

            In witness Whereof, I Curtis Harding, the Testator have to this my will written on one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this 29th day of January A. D. 1890.

at his request as witnesses in the presence of the said testator and
