Will of
Hugh
Harding
I Hugh Harding, of Parsons Luzerne County Pennsylvania of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this my will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses by my executor
herein after named.
Second. I give and bequeath unto the first national
Bank of Waverly New York its successors the sum of one hundred dollars
($100.00) in trust never the less to keep the same safely invested and to
expand the income arising there from for the maintenance of my cemetery lot in
the Glenwood cemetery at Waverly New York.
Third. On condition that he pay his proportionate
share of any indebtedness I may leave I give devise and Bequeath unto my cousin
Amos Harding heirs and assigns forever my farm in the town of Benton, near
Waverly New York consisting of about fifty four acres of land together with the
buildings improvements and personal property thereon.
It
being the farm which I inherited from my father Benj. J. Harding dec’d.
Fourth. All the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate wherever situated and of what so ever nature I give devise and bequeath
after the payment of all just debts unto Rev. S. T. Harding Whitney’s Point,
New York, Geo. W. Harding, Waverly, New York, Ben Harding, Waverly New
York. James B. Harding, Sayre Penna and
Mrs. Amelia Doty Parsons Penna equally, share and share alike.
Fifth
I nominate constitute and appoint Henry W. Dunning Esq. of Wilkes Barre Pa sole
executor of this my last will and testament.
Witness
my hand and seal this 17th day of October A. D. 1907.
Signed, sealed published and declared as and for the last will and testament of Hugh Harding in the presence of us, who have subscribed our names as witness at his request and in the presence of each other.
