Be it remembered, that I, John Armstrong of Ruggles Luzerne County Pa. U.S.A. being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, and considering the uncertainty of life, do therefore make publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament, in manner and form following, that is to say:

Item: I order all my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid by my Executor hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

Second - I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter Jennie Bronson all my Estate, real personal or mixed, of whatever nature or kind, wheresoever situate at the time of my decease, and all money in Bank but the said Jennie Bronson shall pay unto my Dear wife Ann E. Armstrong One hundred and Twenty Dollars per year ($120.00/100) paying Ten Dollars each and every month as long as she remains my widow. I also give unto my wife all loose property to be sold and money paid as she my wife to have all furniture bedding and household utensils to do and use as she may think best.

And lastly - I as make, constitute and appoint --- as be the Executor of this my last will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made, and declaring this to be my last will and testament.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name, and affixed my seal, the Fourteenth day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and two.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the testator above named, as and for his last will and testament, in the presence of us, who have hereunto, at his request, subscribed our names in his presence, and in the presence of each other as witnesses hereto.
