I, JOSEPHINE B. FRANTZ of the borough of Larksville, Luzerne county Pennsylvania being of sound memory and understanding do make this my last will and testament as follows.

I direct that all of my funeral expenses and just debts shall be paid as soon after my death as may be convenient.

I give and bequeath unto the Pikes Creek cemetery association the sum of FIFTY ($50) dollars the income from which shall be paid for the perpetual care of my lot in said Pikes Creek Cemetary.

MY husband JOSEPH FRANTZ having neglected and refused to provide for myself and our children for a period exceeding three years, I consider myself a feme sole trader and that my estate is at my own free and absolute disposal free from any and all rights of rights of my said husband.

I therefore give devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate real, personal and mixed unto my four children FOSTER L. FRANTZ, GRACE FRANTZ, FLORENCE FRANTZ and JAMES REUBEN FRANTZ, to them their heirs and assigns forever share and share alike.

I, name constitute and appoint BAYARD HAND of Wilkes-Barre, Pa. executor of this my last will and testament thereby authorizing empowering and directing said executor to sell and dispose by private or public sale of any or all real estate of which I may die seized at his discretion for the purpose of investment distribution or for any other purpose what soever.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 28th day of June 1917.
