This day before me C.J. Gallagher Register of Wills in and for the County aforesaid personal1y came Geo. T. Hughes and Wadsworth Austin the subscribing witnesses to the above and foregoing last will and testament of James H. Montanye late of the City of Wilkes-Barre. Luzerne County and State of Pennsylvania, deceased,who being duly sworn according to law do say that they were present and saw and heard James H.Montanye the testator sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last will and testament and that at the time of so doing he was of sound mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief and that they did sign their names as subscribing witnesses in the presence of each other and in the presence and at the request of the said testator.

I. And- now to wit. 13th day of Sept. 1913 Having considered the testimony offered in this case and filed the same of record I do adjudge the foregoing writing to be duly proved.as the last will and testament of the said James H.Montanye now deceased and as such I do enter the same of record according to law.

In accordance with the foregoing will and probate thereof letteres testamentary thereon, iwereon, the 13th day of Sept. A.D. 1913 granted unto Anna Montanye the executor therein named she having first been duly sworn to well and truJy administer the goods and- chattels, rights and credits which wereof the said deceased according to law.
