Will of

John B. Wesley

 

I, John B. Wesley of the Township of Ross County of Luzerne and state of Pennsylvania being of sound mind memory and understanding do make this my last will and testament in manor and form following.

First subject to the payment of my just debts.  I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Ellen Wesley forever all my real estate consisting of house and lot at Irish Lane, and all of my household goods.  She is to mak no other claim.  Second to my son Ira Wesley, and my son Charles Wesley, and my Daughter Keziah Long, each one hundred and twenty-five dollars.  After my funeral expences.  Doctor bill is paid, and tombstone or monument is set at my grave the balance of my estate to be equally devided between my wife Ellen Wesley and my son G. F. Wesley.

          I do nominate constitute and appoint my son G. F. Wesley sole executor of this my last will and testament and direct that my said son shall not be required to file an inventory of any personal estate nor any account as executor.

          In witness whereof I John B. Wesley the testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this eighteenth day of December A. D. 1902.
