I, Joseph Hoover of the Village of Kunkle County of Luzerne, State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and testament, to wit:

First All my just debts and funeral expenses shall be first fully paid.

Second My daughter Jane Hoover shall have my Cow.

Third All the balance of my property and real estate shall be divided equally - share and share alike between my children,
Sarah Morgan wife of M. J. Morgan
Anna Southworth wife of Chester Southworth
Mary C. Kunkle -
Erastus Hoover
Jane Hoover
Etta Morgan wife of John E. Morgan.

Fourth I nominate and appoint my Son in law W. S. Kunkle to be the executor of this my last will and testament and he shall not be required to give any bonds and shall not be required to sell estate in any given time but shall to the best of his ability dispose of the same

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 18th day of March A. D. 1915.
