In the name of God, Amen :

I, Luther Dymond of Franklin Township County of Luzene and State of Pennsylvania do make this my last will and testament as folows (that is to say) my desire is to be buried with as little expense as decency will permit, and that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.

I give and bequeath all my messuage, tenaments and hereditaments, both real and personal, all household goods, furniture of whatsoever kind, situate, lying and being in the county of Luzerne, State of Pennsylvania unto my dear wife Rebecca S. Dymond for use during her life, and from and after her decease, I order that a suitable monument be placed in the Dymond family plot to mark the resting place of myself and my wife at a price not to exceed one hundred dollars, and after all funeral expenses and debts are paid I give and bequeath to my grandchildren, Arthur Dymond, Floyd Dymond and Maud Dymond (sons and daughter of Abram Dymond deceased) each one hundred dollars to be invested by my executors and to be held in trust until they attain the age of twenty one years when principal and interest thereon shall be paid to them. To the children of my son Luther Dymond Jr. I give and bequeath the lot where they now live containing about one acre share and share alike.

My three farms in Franklin Township containing respectively sixty five, sixty and fifty acres with appurtanances thereto belonging I wish seperately appraised and with all personal property remaining after the above bequest of three hundred dollars has been complied with. I wish divided equally among the following of my children viz. Joseph L., Samuel, Phoebe, Daniel, Luther Jr., Rebecca D. VanTuyl or their heirs. Provision having already been made for the heirs of my deceased son Abram. In case of death among the children of my deceased son Abram before they become twenty one years of age the money shall be paid to the surviving children or child in case they all should die before becoming twenty one years of age all money thus accumulated shall go to my surviving children share and share alike. I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my sons Joseph L. and Samuel Dymond executors of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I the said testator Luther Dymond have set my hand and seal, this ninth day of October A. D. 1900.
