I, Minnie J. Robertson, of 11 West Union Street, WIlkes-Barre City, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, do hereby make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, and revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.

I. I give and bequeath to Helen Wickkiser, who has resided with me for twenty years, the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00)

II. I give and bequeath to my niece Myrtle Bulford Dwyer of 110 Lake Drive, Clearwater, Florida, the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00).

III. I give and bequeath to my first cousin, John Hunsinger of 148 Wyoming Street, Wilkes-Barre, Pennslvania, the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00).

IV. I give and bequeath to my niece, Edith F. Warren, wife of John B. Warren, Harpursville, New York, the largest diamond which is in the center of my ring which is set with three diamonds.

V. I give and bequeath to Mildred Frailey, wife of my nephew Erwin Frailey, 113 Lincoln Avenue, Endicott, New York, one of the two smaller diamonds in my said ring which is set with three diamonds.

VI. I give an bequeath to Bertha Frailey, wife of my nephew Robert Frailey, 707 Monroe Street, Endicott, New York, one of the two smaller diamonds in my said ring which is set with three diamonds.

VII. I give and bequeath my ring which is set with diamonds and rubies to Gladys Frailey, wife of my nephew William Frailey, 219 N. Madison Street, Allentown, Pennslvania.

VIII. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath to my following nephews and niece, in four equal shares:

Robert Frailey, 707 Monroe Street, Endicott, New York.

Erwin Frailey, 113 Lincoln Avenue, Endicott, New York.

William Frailey, 219 N. Madison Street, Allentown, Pennsylvania

Edith F. Warren (wife of John B. Warren), Harpursville, New York.

IX. I name as my executors, who shall not be required to furnish any bond, my nephews, Robert Frailey and William Frailey, with power within two (2) years from the date of my death to sell all or part of my real estate, at public or private sale, for such prices and upon such terms as to cash and credit as they may deem best, and to execute deed of conveyance thereof, without liability on the part of the purchaser to see to the application of the purchase money.

In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand to this Last Will and Testament this 1st day of March, 1954.

This instrument was by the testatrix, Minnie J. Robertson, on the date hereof, signed, published and declared by her to be her Last Will and Testament, in our presence, who believing her to be of sound and disposing mind and memory, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

Minnie was a daughter of William & Jemima McCall Hunsinger.
Minnie's first husband was William Bulford. She married second David Robertson.
