BE IT REMEMBERED That I Mary S. Whitesell being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding and considering the uncertainty of life, do therefore make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say
Item; To Charles E. Whitesell the farm on which I now reside situated in Lake Township and all personal property except one cow belonging to J. E. Whitesell and said Charles E. Whitesell to take care of his Father J.E. Whitesell his natural life and at his death to bury and pay all funeral expenses.
To Mrs. Charles Smith his daughter the sum of fifty dollars.
To Eugene Fisk her grandson the sum of Fifty dollars.
To Herbert Fisk her grandson the sum of Fifty dollars.
To Ethel Booth her grand daughter the sum of Fifty dollars to be paid when they become twenty one years of age
O.I. Whitesell, Clara E. Shupp and Nellie M. Sickler have already had their share of said property.
And as to all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed of whatever nature or kind or whatsoever situate at the time of my decease, I do hereby give devise and bequeath
And lastly I do make, constitute and appoint Charles E. Whitesell to be the executor of this my last Will and testament, hereby revoking all former Wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made and declaring this to be my last will and testament.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the seventh day of July in the year of out Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven
