The last will and Testament of Robert Eaton of Franklin Township Luzerne County and State of Pennsylvania.

I, Robert Eaton considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form following. First that all just debts as shall be me owing at my death together with my funeral expenses and all charges touching the proving or otherwise concerning this my last will shall be fully paid and satisfied. next I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary the sum of Six hundred dollars to be paid as follows. One hundred dollars to be paid in one year after my death and the other five hundred to be paid to her when my son Levi Eaton becomes twenty one years of age the residue of my property I give to my wife Mary and my two sons John and Levi Eaton to share alike during my wife's life time and at her death my two sons above named to have her share and I hereby appoint my wife Mary Executor of this my last will and Testament revoking all former wills by me made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this six day day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty-eight.

Signed sealed published and declared by the above named Robert Eaton to be his last will and testament in the prsence of us who at his request and in his presence have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
