Ross Township Sept. 2nd 1890
I Stephen A. Fisk being of sound mind and realizing the uncertainty of life Do make and ordain this my last will and testament

first that my Doctor bill and Funeral expenses and all just debts be paid Then the residue of my property both real and personal I will and bequeath to the use of my beloved wife Lydia Jane Fisk as long as she remains my widow and after my wife death or marriage I bequeath to my daughter Rosa Fisk one hundred dollars, Dora R. Fisk my daughter one hundred dollars. To my daughter Alice B. Fisk one hundred dollars. The remainder to be divided equal between my three Sons Loxla W. Fisk, Alfred M. Fisk and Sydney D. Fisk and further that any of the legatees trying to break this my will shall forfeit all their claim on my property And I appoint and make my wife Lydia Jane and my son Loxla W. Fisk the executors of this Will
