Will of

Thomas Harding

 

 Be it remembered that I, Thomas Harding being of sound mind, memory and understanding, and considering the uncertainty of life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, in manner an form following, that is to say:

            Imprimus:

                        I hereby bequeath all of my household goods to my Sister in law. Elizabeth Lewis also to said Sister in law two policies of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. of New York as follows No. 6565197 for Sixty six dollars and No. 7355169 for sixty dollars.  Also benefits from the I.O.O.F. Lodge after my funeral expenses are paid.

            And as to all the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal or mixed, of whatever nature or kind, or wheresoever situate at the time of my decease, I do hereby give, devise and bequeath

            And lastly, I do make, constitute and appoint James Ayre to be the Executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made, and declaring these presents only to be and contain my last Will and Testament.

            In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the twenty second day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand and nine hundred.

his request, subscribed our names in

the presence and in the presence of each

other, as witness hereto.
