In the name of God amen, I, Tibbals Baldwin in the county of Luzerne and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being weak in body but sound in mind, and memory by calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed unto man once to die; do make and ordain this instrument to be my last will and testament revoking and disavowing all former wills by me made and establishing only this as my last will and testament, that is to say principally and first of all I give and recommend my soul to God that gave it and my body to the earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my executors herinafter named as to such worldly estate as it hath pleased God to bless me with in this life.

I give and dispose of the same in the following manner and form, and first my will is that my just debts and funeral charges be paid out of my estate by my executors.

Secondly, All my farming utensils and tools of all kinds be disposed of in the best manner to pay my debts, and then if timber cannot be sold sufficient to pay the remainder of my debts if any there be so much of my land must be sold at the discretion of my executors as will discharge all my debts.

Inprimus. I give my Sarah all the remainder or residue of my mooable property that remainds after the sail if that mentioned to be sold free and clear forever.

Item, I give to my wife Sarah all the proffits and improvements of all my lands for and during the time she remains my widow and after she ceases to be my widow I give and bequeath all my land that shall remain to be equally divided between my two daughters Electa Brunson and Laury Vosburg free and clear forever.

Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint David Vosburg and my wife Sarah Baldwin my executors of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal thie sixth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighteen.
