The last Will and Testament of William Fuller of the Township of Lehman, Luzerne County, and State of Pennsylvania.

I William Fuller considering the uncertainty of this mortal life, and being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this my last Will and testament in manner and form following:

First on account of having taken a bond of my Son Chester for land deeded for the Mountain and of myself, my Wife and Sally I do not will to my wife anthing here, and having deeded land to my son Miner and Bennajah I do not will them anything now, and on account of having deed land as above mentioned to my Son Bennajah, I will that he pay to my daughter Lucinda five Dollars

And I will and bequeath to my daughter Caroline a Note given to me by my Son Chester of One hundred Dollars and the equal half of my household furniture, which may remain after the Decease of myself and wife, and not willed to any other person,

And further I will and bequeath to my daughter Julia a Note of One hundred Dollars given to me by my Son Charles, and an equal half of the household furniture that may remain after the Decease of myself and my Wife and not otherwise Willed,

And further I will and bequeath to my Son Chester, all my Horses, Cattle, Sheep, Hogs, waggons, Sleds and farming utenteals and Desk and large Bible and large Kittle and a Judgement that I hold against Jonathan Husted on the Prothonotary Docket of about fifty Dollars and Costs and interest.

And I make and ordain my Son Miner Fuller Executor of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other Wills before made by me.

I witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty ninth day of February A. D. one thousand eight hundred and forty eight.
